Rory Stewart, AC Grayling, Heather Brooke, John Mitchinson and Martin Rees will take part in a new 5x15 lecture event at 11.30am on Saturday 29 May.

The Deputy Prime Minister will give an interview on Sunday 6 June. The geneticist Steve Jones will discuss God, the genome and Usain Bolt on Monday 31 May.

The new universities minister Dave Willets talks to Jon Snow about his baby boomer crash book The Pinch.

The main festival art exhibition is at Richard Booth’s Bookshop in Lion Street. The artist will be there every day from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, 29 May to 5 June.
